Dear Friends, This is a terrifying time for all of us, and in upcoming few days it may turn into worst and horrible situation. It’s the daily wage or income which helps an ordinary community or group of our society to buy food for four times of meals, even it helps them in buying medicines and basic essential items. They can neither afford sanitizers, masks or neither gloves nor they can access quality and affordable healthcare if diagnosed positive for COVID-19. This pandemic will hit them the hardest. People are crammed into slums and overcrowded hospitals are seen everywhere. In many of these places, people simply can't afford to stay home in order to earn their daily livelihood or get the basic health care they need. We call upon Indian companies to help these oppressed peoples and reach the most marginalized group of Indian societies and ensure no one should be treated mall. With your support KHF will leverage its expertise in WASH and food items for the most vulnerable. We’ll provide portable hand washing apparatuses and protective gears/Personal Protection Equipment to service providers, dry ration, spread awareness and advocate with the government to strengthen public healthcare and economic assistance. So, let’s make this request massive, before it turns too late! This is a global crisis and we can only beat it if every person from every country will contribute towards the welfare of it.
